Our Story

Founded in 2011 from a shared vision by brothers Luca and Stefano Negri, El Volt embodies the meeting point between a passion for Italian cuisine and a deep love for the Alpine landscape.
Located in the heart of the historic centre of Ponte di Legno, El Volt overlooks one of the town’s most evocative views, with a direct sight of the Castellaccio, a symbol of the mountain scenery surrounding the restaurant.
Housed in a historic building carefully renovated using natural materials such as wood, stone and iron, El Volt blends Alpine character with a warm, contemporary elegance.


The Philosophy of the Negri Brothers

El Volt was conceived as an intimate and authentic space, designed to welcome every guest in a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
The solid wood furnishings and the division into three private dining rooms, each seating around fifteen guests, create a harmonious and secluded environment where privacy and comfort take centre stage.
A place where time slows down and dining becomes an experience to be savoured with calm and pleasure.


Our Cuisine

El Volt’s kitchen bears the signature of Chef Andrea Nuovo and reflects a vision that combines Alpine traditioncontemporary technique and measured creativity.
The menu is built on a careful selection of ingredients and expressed through dishes with a bold yet balanced character, crafted with precision and respect for flavour.

Among the first courses, great classics such as traditional pizzoccheri and canederli are reinterpreted while remaining true to their identity.
Main courses focus on selected meats and meticulous cooking techniques: from the rich and enveloping duck leg confitto iconic dishes such as the MC Volt, which has become one of the restaurant’s most representative creations over time.
The grill completes the culinary journey with preparations designed to enhance the quality of the raw ingredients, while homemade desserts conclude the experience with elegance and coherence.
